Mainsheet Capital Partners was founded by Will Prioleau, an entrepreneur and operator focused on building long-term value in a single exceptional business.
Will bring experience in business strategy, operations, and investment, with a focus on identifying strong companies and helping them grow. Through Mainsheet Capital Partners, he is seeking to partner with an owner who cares deeply about their company’s people, customers, and legacy.
Following an acquisition, Will plans to step into the business full-time, working alongside the existing team to ensure continuity while pursuing thoughtful opportunities for growth.
